We assist with analysis, design, project management and development, change management and implementation, assessment and evaluation, and validation of instruction, and we engage for entire projects or portions of projects. We also design long-term course management plans for after your course is up and running.
We use a value-based pricing (VBP) model, and because every instructional project is different, we don’t publish a definitive price list. For the purposes of high-level estimating, we can tell you that:
- a validation of a 10 question multiple choice test with recommendations might run about $50 CAD;
- a learning needs assessment for one key learning outcome when demographic information about the audience is well known and the learning outcome is established might run about $200 CAD;
- a 2 hour face-to-face seminar design with activities and a method of tracking return on investment might run about $1000 CAD;
- a 15 minute* interactive online module design and development only might run about $2000 CAD;
- an operational framework for monitoring the business results of a 12 course training program in an organization of 1000 people, including recommendations for redesign and optimization, might run about $10,000 CAD;
- a 100 hour blended online/instructor-led course might run about $20,000.
*Note that, as a rule of thumb, the shorter you want online training to be without losing any content, the more effort to develop it. Many people can develop a 1 hour module for far less money that has the same learning outcomes.
